This year, our team at Red Star Paint & Decorating Center saw the Benjamin Moore Color Trends 2026 palette leans heavily into neutral and mid-tones, providing the perfect background and complementary colors to create a truly inspiring interior design, whether you’re a DIY enthusiast or a professional. Without further ado, the Benjamin Moore Color of the Year 2026 is:
Silhouette AF-655
This stunning gray-brown neutral is the perfect darker tone for so many spaces around your home, including home offices, kitchens, living rooms, or anywhere you can think to add it. Benjamin Moore describes the color as being “Reminiscent of tailored suiting, this elegant color weaves rich espresso hues with refined notes of charcoal.” Doesn’t that sound just right for you? If not, there’s no need to worry. Along with the color of the year, Benjamin Moore also announced a full color trends palette for 2026, featuring hues that’re sure to ignite your passion for design.
The Color Trends 2026 Palette
- Raindance 1572: A steely green with gray undertones starts to show the through-line of this year’s color palette. Consider using this for an accent wall or coat your whole home office to really bring out the color.
- First Crush CSP-310: An off-white with a pink undertone, this color reminds us of having a first crush (and all the blushing that goes with it). This is the perfect color for a full room and pairs nicely with Silhouette AF-655 or Raindance 1572.
- Swiss Coffee OC-45: The second off-white color in this new palette complements the remaining colors well. Consider using this color for three walls and then Batik AF-610 or Southwest Potter 048 as your accent wall.
- Batik AF-610: Reminiscent of dusty rose quartz, this color brings forth a pink to violet hue that you can use either as the primary color in a room or as a sneaky accent.
- Narragansett Green HC-157: Historical colors, especially greens and blues, are coming back into the spotlight, and this green/blue shade is the perfect combination of both. Whether you’re painting a kitchen or a playroom, this is the perfect ocean color for any space.
